Customer Complaints

The bank is committed to fair and courteous service. If something has gone wrong, here is how to bring it to our attention.

How to complain

  • First, speak to the branch manager of your branch — most issues are resolved at the counter.
  • If the matter is not resolved, write to the General Manager at the Head Office, or send an email to the bank’s official email address.
  • Please quote your account number, branch and a contact number so that we can reach you.

What to include

A clear description of the issue, the date on which it occurred, the branch concerned, and copies of any relevant documents such as passbook entries or receipts. Always retain the originals with you.

If you are still not satisfied

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within the prescribed period, you may approach the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme through the RBI’s Complaint Management System. Details are given on our Grievance Redressal page.
